Early Completer Bonus
Span is continuing it's incentive scheme until April 2011 for all salons who complete their Hairdressing learners’ qualifications early. If an Apprenticeship learner finishes before 18 months or an Advanced Apprenticeship learner finishes before 14 months, the salon receives £250 as a bonus for early achievement. This incentive scheme is open to existing as well as new learners and is available until at least 29th April 2011, at which point it will be reviewed. In order to claim the early achiever bonus, your salon will need to invoice Span for £250 including VAT. This is in recognition of the hard work of salons and assessors in getting their learners qualified in a timely manner.
